Sorting Messages


At the top of the message center are sorting filters you can use to help you manage and sort your messages. These filters are:


From: Click this drop-down menu to filter messages by sender. Click a sender to see only messages sent by that individual. 


Note: Senders are listed by REAL NAME and not by Identity. 


Message Type: Click this drop-down menu to switch between seeing teacher feedback and all other messages.


Read/Unread: Click on this drop-down menu to filter messages by status (Read or Unread). 


NOTE: Unread messages have a thicker color-coded tab on the left side of the message box. See the Message Center (Overview) for more information.
