Sharing Library Items

Because of the special relationships between items in different libraries, sharing is one of the most important features of MySciLife libraries. Teachers can share any item in the MySciLife Resource Library, the Teacher Community Library, or their Personal Library into any other library or community. Some sharing may be subject to MySciLife administrative approval.

To share content to another library or to one of your communities, click Options, then select Share. On the next screen, select the place you would like to share this item. If desired, edit the title and description of the item, then click Share when you’re finished. The item will now display in the location you selected.

You can also share a direct link to a piece of library content. To share a direct link, click Options, then select Copy Link. The library item link will be copied to your clipboard for sharing.
